The processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of providing healthcare services, establishing a medical diagnosis, providing medical and / or recovery treatment, for the purposes of preventive medicine.

The categories of personal data that we process are usually: name, surname, unique identification code (personal number and the identification code of the insured ), address, telephone number, e-mail address, occupation, place of work, citizenship, insured status, anthropometric data, data on individual characteristics, such as: sex, blood type, Rh, height, weight, etc .; data on pre-existing and current health status, data on diagnosis, medical investigations, treatment and recovery, limited banking / financial details, as appropriate.
According to the legislation in force, your personal data may be transmitted to third parties, most often to public authorities (National / County Health Insurance House and DRG - Center for Research and Evaluation of Health Services), IT solution providers, collaborators (eg medical analysis laboratory), private insurers designated by you.
Storage period
The period for which your personal data is stored is determined in accordance with the legislation in force.
Your rights
As a “data subject” within the meaning of the Regulation, you have the following rights: the right to access personal data, the right to rectify data (eg if they are incorrect or incomplete), the right to delete data (if they have not been legally processed), the right to restrict data, the right to data portability, the right to oppose the processing of your personal data, the right not to be subject to an automated decision-making process, the right to address the National Authority for the Supervision of Data Processing Personal.
Without prejudice to the possibility of filing a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority, you, as a “data subject”, have the right to apply to the court competent to defend the rights guaranteed by the applicable legislation, which have been violated.
We inform you that your REFUSAL to process your personal data concerning you, leads to the IMPOSSIBILITY TO BENEFIT from the services offered by OVIDIUS CLINICAL HOSPITAL, as they cannot be performed without the processing of your personal data.
